It is very difficult to sell Ideas in UK = first you need to have a Patent, then you can think about selling / licencing.

Even if you have Patents & NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and Contracts, you can still find others stealing your ideas.

You may end up taking large Companies to court to protect your ideas = this can cost millions and take years .. see, for example, DYSON V HOOVER

Your local Chamber of Commerce will have advisors to evaluate your idea and guide you through any grants or funding that may be available.
