does anyone know if the prepaid inpulse plan gives you free texting to people in the verizon network?

i had one the razr, it gives you free incoming text , but out going text costs minutes,

Get Page Plus instead of Verizon prepaid, its the same service but much cheaper, Text messages cost 8Â¢ to 4Â¢ each depending on how big of a refill you bought for your phone.

page plus wireless its prepaid and it is very inexpensive
