Ok first of all theatre doctor, they may not be magicians but they cna help get you auditions, i dont know if you know what an agent is so if you have anything bad to say please dont say it

I don't think there is a huge demand for young singers. You are going to have to realize that an agent is not a magician who makes stars out of nobodies. Become somebody first then seek an agent.
