Rudy Giuliani is the most dishonest for making himself out to be a hero on 9/11, even though he was hardly there, and is now using that as a crutch to become president.
Rudy Giuliani was on Ground Zero for 29 hours between Sept 17 and Dec 16.

Because I'm from Massachusetts, I know how dishonest Romney is as a candidate. I didn't feel that way when he got elected, but I've seen him triangulate and dissemble over the course of his term, especially as he was morphing into Presidential Contender Mitt. I would imagine Giuliani would be second-place in the dishonesty sweepstakes.
I'm a Dem, too. Among the Dem candidates, the least honest... probably Clinton, by process of elimination.
[EDIT] Yes, I DID notice that you asked everyone to ID the least honest candidate in their OWN party. Not everyone here is a reader, it seems.

I'm an Independent. It's a tossup between Mitt Romney and Giuliani. For the Democrats I'd have to say Edwards.

of repubs: Romney and Guiliani for reasons mentioned by others.... but McCain is the one who really gets me....mostly by the way he has been lying to himself from the independence he showed in 2000 then sucking up to the religious right and the president who screwed him so bad in the 2000 campaign..

Hillary is by far the least honest,or downright disingenuous candidate of them all. I personally think that Rudy "How many wives have I had?" Guiliani would come in a close second.
The only one that sounds consistent,and actually honest to me is Ron Paul,shame he has no chance of being elected.

The least honest Republican is obviously Ron Paul. - a liar to the extreme.
The least honest Democrat is easily Hillary Clinton. She'll say anything to get elected.
The biggest hypocrite in both parties is John "sunshine boy" Edwards.
