many urban tax assessors offices now have online aerial photos of all property in the county [or other area]. this makes it easy to find the target property and its tax id numbers from only a drawing in a newspaper or from MapQuest.com

usually the tax assessors office is way ahead of actual infrastructure construction ... maps are updated after they are recorded in the subdividing process, which is a long time before lots are ready to sell.

Oregon has an online mapping system, you just need the tax map lot number to get the information.

If you don't have that, try a county office that handles mapping, or maybe the tax assessor's office.

The county in which the development resides, will have maps. Some you can access online. Search the county website and look for plats or subdivisions. Otherwise, you could visit each development and ask for a copy of the plat.

to do this you must know the plat#, survey#, lot number. go to your county tax assessors office and they will have the information your asking about.
