I'm thinking that the person meant for you to turn on "Port Forwarding". The instructions vary according to different routers.
From the manual I found on your router, you need to type 192.168.2.1 into your browser's address bar. The instructions are a little vague from there, but from working on my routers, you need to look for something called "Port Forwarding." Add the port and the IP address of the computer you are forwarding it to (the computer using MSN). After that, save the changes and log out of the router. It should then work.
