Yes, a fetus does count as a human being. I think you have up to 8 - 12weeks to abort. You can find that out at www.plannedparenthood.com and they have information on what the latest a woman can be to abort. Most certainly a fetus counts as a human being. Last year a man called a pregnant woman int he city siding us and she was only like three months prego and he got convicted of two counts of 1st degree murder. We dont play around in NC!

A fetus as you call it is actually a baby I have been pregnant 4 times one of my ultrasounds was done at 8 weeks and you could tell my baby had a heart beat and forming body parts it is never okay to abort it is murder with a fancy mane and anyone who uses it as birth control will know the truth some day.

once the fetus start devoloping the heat beat, respiratory system starts devoloping bones well everything since day one yes is consired a human being. Im not ok with the abortion situation but if you must do it, do it while the baby is still in the embrio stage don't wait until is fetus .

You seem to be confused as to how we are created, the term "fetus" simply represents one of the stages of development in the womb. And the term "abort", is a way to distant the heart from what it really is, murder.Am I saying whether or not women have rights over their bodies, no I'm not. We all have our beliefs, and a criterion that we use to base it on,or none what-so-ever!

A fetus isn't considered a human being in the eyes of the law. It's ok to abort if you feel it's necessary...be one less brat on the face of the planet

At the moment of conception, life is created. So basically, everything throughout pregnancy is considered a human being to most people.
