do you really think that if someone had a good source of free leads that they would tell you? if there is one thing i have learned in this business, you dont give away the secrets that make you successful...

No, unless you have a really good friend that is a mortgage lender that will forward those looking for pre-approvals to you. But in most cases, those potential buyers have been forwarded to the particular lender by a Realtor. So I guess my answer is still no.

When you get an answer please let the rest of the sales word know. We have been trying to find this method for years.

Realtors spend thousands on advertising to find prospective buyers.

If there was an effective free way, don't you think they'd be all over it by now?

nothing in life that is worthwhile is FREE. And NO you have to pay for everything, even free leads.
