1) take a bath, if I just conquered the world, I probably just fought a battle and I might be a little dirty.

2) I would no longer eat anything anyone gave me, because everyone will try to poison me

3) I'd name an heir otherwise I'll breed contention amongst my people.

4) I'd keep the army busy building things and improving the quality of life for my people by building roads and great monuments to raise thier morale and pride for our new empire.

Well, I would have conquered with my superior reason and ethical values, because I would never use an army to conquer. So I would be hard at work adapting the American Constitution to a world-wide government. And while I was at it, make the U.S. start obeying its Constitution!
