Look, I dislike the Yankees, but due to the general behavior of Boston fans since 2004, I think I hate the Red Sox even more. I mean, Yankee fans are cocky, but at least they have a reason to be (26 championships in 84 years is pretty impressive).

The Red Sox have won one world series in 89 years, but their fans talk how they are the best team every year.

Me, my team is the Cubs... so yes. Living in Chicago, White Sox fans went just as long and they are nowhere near as cocky.

Alright selling Ruth to New York hurt the Red Sox while Ruth was still playing but you can't blame a guy that played 70 years ago.

It;s not 60% at away games. I've been to plenty of Red Sox road games and it is at most 40%. Also every teams fans stand with their best home run hitter up in the 9th.

Red Sox fans are no longer whining about their pathetic luck. Yankee fans are less annoying than they were last year because A-Rod has played past the NYC media harassment.

The truth is, the answer is likely to change before Labor Day. The last week in August at Yankee Stadium will crush the Yankees or terrorize the Red Sox. And the only thing more annoying than a nervous Red Sox fan is an ungrateful Yankee fan. If I choose now, it's the Yankee fan who is most annoying.

Yes and Yankees are More Arrogant too.

RED SOX 6 World Series Titles 1903, 1912, 1915, 1916, 1918, 2004.

And Why the Yankees so many times Because of the Red Sox Selling Babe Ruth to the Yankees damaging the Boston Franchise for like over 80 Years How Dare you call us Annoying.

I've been a Yankee fan for too long to remember and a Red Sox non fan for as long, but remember it is only a boy's game played by men. Red Sox fans and Yankee fans are knowledgeable and enjoy cheering for their club and dissing the opposition. However saying this, "The Bleacher Creatures" at the "Big" ballpark, Yankee Stadium rule.

Yes, redsox fans are way more annoying than yankee fans, red sox fans have become more and more cocky since 2004 with good reason of course, but itll be a long while untill they can be on the same level as the yankees.

I'm not a particularly big fan of either team and my wife seems to think I can get pretty annoying.
That said, if I was an allstar calibre ball player, since I could write my own ticket in pretty much any city, Boston and New York would probably be the first places I would want to play because of the fans. Packed house every day, rabid support, whats not to like? They aren't there to impress me.
I just wish we had more fans like that in Toronto. Hell, I'd settle for a handful of Philly fans.

i myself am a red sox fan and i know exactly what you mean. We're just really loyal fans. But alot of us are just bandwagon fans from 2004. The thing i hate most is when a red sox fan brags about 2004 and im like dude, that was 3 years ago.

come on 1 in 89 years I think that it's ok to let them do that. I mean has your team ever gone that long without winning a World Series. if your team did then you would act the same way. So stop hating the Red Sox.
