1. Be responsible within your culture and society.
2. Raise your children to be that as well.
3. Judge not - whether you worry about being judged or not.
4. Do not incur debts unless you always pay them - on any subject, in any medium.
5. Try to expand your responsibility to the best of your ability - if you can serve society, do so.
6. If you find you have preconceptions, you may stamp on them viciously.

Wow! Spirtual/human element-----At my age, I have had to let go of many human foundations, so the human ones have passed and changed. But the Spiritual foundation is for ever
lasting, With out my spiritual foundation, I doubt I could have
said good-bye to those I love through their deaths and survive
emotionally, with out my faith base. Even with my faith base, the wounds are healed the scars remain. Blessings, great Q!

Here is my foundation:

1. What my beloved parents taught me - to be a good, honest person.
2. My identity as a Jew, a Woman, Israeli, American - all parts are important to me.
3. Last but not least - my conscience and my intuition.

This foundation can not be removed - it's inside me.

My life is built on a foundation of love and trust and compassion and respect.

What would I do if my foundation was removed? I would set about building another foundation. (of love and trust and compassion and respect.)

That is the beauty of such a foundation. It can not be taken away as it exists through conscious choice.

Now, if my frontal lobe was removed, then that would be a whole different ball of wax.
