I tend to observe more these days. When i was younger I participated more, but i found out the hard way that some times it's better to check things out before you get involved.

I`m an observer first and then a participant. In that order. Why? Because if I don`t know how to do something, I WATCH, and then I DO.

well i am really shy so at a party or something like that i will definitely be off to the side watching everyone instead of participating in the games or dancing and stuff like that. it is hard for me to build up the confidence to be myself around people i don't know. it is a lot easier to observe, but probably a lot more fun to paticipate.

I like to dabble in both. I like to observe people, its interesting to see how different people react to things. Participant in community events and volunteering.
