My daughter is designer and she says there are slightly more women than men both in school and at work, and women have no problem because of gender bias. For architects there are some problems for women, see the link.

The architect designs the development and the dressmaker decorates ( coloration paint, fixtures, that variety of element.) it after its been built. there is likewise the contractor who does the relatively shape in the previous the interior dressmaker even gets on the threshold of it. The contarctor ought to artwork alongside side the architect, yet neither of those 2 relatively talk with the dressmaker. so as you will see that, one infrequently has something to do with the different.
