Cleaning Shower Doors
Soap scum is made up of talc, body oils and minerals from hard water. If left to dry, soap scum removal can be one of the most difficult parts of cleaning a bathroom, but it doesn't have to be that way. To eliminate this problem, first try a little preventative maintenance. Keep a squeegee in your bathroom to wipe down shower doors and walls after every bath or shower. In addition, if you use a bar soap, you might want to consider switching to a liquid soap since it doesn't contain talc. Finally, here's a quick soap scum removal tip: use a dryer sheet! Just dampen and wipe along your shower door, soap scum will no longer be an issue. This also works for cleaning bathroom tiles of this unsightly film as well.

make it a habit to wipe your shower door after each use. that's the only you will make shiny and kept clean.

you may try to use equal parts of water and vinegar and scrub it on. after that use murphy's lemon oil so that water and soap will repel from the glass door.

commercial products such as tilex shower cleaner and method shower cleaner are useful too if you have budget for these. i would use the latter because of its non toxic effects and good for the environment. thse products you don't need to wipe it down just let it air dry. but you must clean the bathroom real good before using then spray after each shower.

good luck.

I use very hot vinegar and spray it on. Scrub while still hot. I also rub mine down with turtle wax to help keep stuff from sticking to the shower doors. Just don't use it on the bottom where you stand or you will be making a special naked appearance at the emergency room.

A product called "the Works". They have different kinds, like for the toilet, or the shower walls.

What you have is probably mineral buildup, so if the Works DOESN'T , try CLR, which is made for Calcium, Rust and Lime.

I use the WORKS shower and tub cleaner which is great even for rust and if it get a tough spot, then I use Softscrub with Bleach. They both work great.

i exploit undemanding off Bam, then pass over it with windex. The bam takes to the air each and all of the cleansing soap scum and each little thing, yet leaves a blurry mess, so i pass over that with windex. i think of it would be extra advantageous if I had a bath head with a hose that i ought to get each and all of the bam off nevertheless. HTH ;)
