what would be a price estimate on stripping off wax from a floor- room sizes 10x20 and 10x10?

if you do it your self, about $20, you can buy wax stripper,
and some of them you just mop on, and rinse , or a better job would be if you use a soft brush scrubber,
have no idea what the going rate is now to have some one do it,
