It would depend on what the doctor has to say about the person's overall medical history.

I'm not in India but the thing I found helpful for PMS is taking B6. I buy it as part of a bottle of B Complex. I don't know if they offer something like that over there in India but I would recommend checking with your doctor to see what they say.
