Recommended water intake is six to eight 8oz glasses a day. This also translated to 1440 to 1920cc's or milliliters. One eight ounce glass equals 240cc/milliliters. Drinking one of your water bottles full each day would be a good place to be. (one liter equals 1000cc/ml)
Water helps to flush the body of daily toxins by enabling the kidneys to perform at optimal performance. Many people complain that increasing water intake increases the need to go to the bathroom but this is also a good thing cause it keeps the bladder flushed of bacteria, reducing the risk of urinary tract infections.

Our body is made up of mostly water so you need to drink it to give your body what it loses throughout the day.

I recommend half your body weight in ounces as a minimum.
Let's say you weigh 100 pounds. You would want to drink at least 50 ounces. That's only 3 16.9 ounce bottles which is the same as 500ml or half a liter bottle. Not much when it's hot outside! The more you can drink the less thirsty you will be and the better off you will feel.

Depends on your body type you don't want to guzzle down litters and liters of water a day that can lead to water intoxication especially, if you have a small body frame. 2- 5 water bottles ( like arrowhead, dasani.) a day(not all at the same time) is good. If you were in the desert or live in a place of extreme heat naturally, you would drink more water.

generally, 5 litres a day is sufficient for most....hiwever if you are a heavy sweater or into athletics or do heavy work, 8 litres would be appropriate.
think or water as a coolant & a transporter of nutrients in your body, + a free & easy to use detox agent, in addition to being great to taste
the more you have the better....upto a certain amount tough, or else you'll feel like vomiting.

Generally they say 8 cups, but part of this will depend on the activity you have. Without it you die. It moves what we need throughout our bodies and what is waste out.
