i really want to know the recipe annd mode of preparation employed by Mc'Donalds because i once tasted their burger at Dubai both beef and chicken and it was excellent. So delicious and their potato chips was so chrunchy. Thanks.

Dude.. McD?? Their food is so processed that it's almost plastic... Not healthy, my friend..
Generally, they use mayonnaise in their chicken burgers and tomato ketchup, mustard, gherkins and cheese in their beef burgers, along with a "special sauce" for their Big Macs. Veg is simply shredded lettuce, I believe.. :Op

its iceberg lettuce, gherkin and thousandisland dressing with finely chopped onion for the big mac, and mayonaise for the chicken burger.
