Is he at least going to go to jail? I don't understand the legal lingo in the news reports, I just want him to rot in jail. i seriously hate him for what he does to innocent animals.

Definately going to jail. Even if he plea bargains. If he doesn't plea out and goes to trail, he will be in big trouble.

He is going to spend a year in prison lifting weights. Than, he will probably play for some body other than Atlanta. Houston is in bad need of a quarterback. Who knows though, they turned down local legend Vince Young.
It is truly amazing that someone with such a huge salary would seek this kind of outside income. I suspect he did it because he wants to identify with thugs.
NFL fans don't personally identify with the players they root for. They simply want whoever can help the team win. Which means staying out of jail of course. Dallas knew none of their fans would admire T. Owens but they thought he would help them win. Hasn't happened so far but maybe this year. If so, Dallas fans won't care what he does to anybody or any animal.

it is looking like he will spend 10 months in jail and have to pay a hefty fine. But other than that he will walk out and still have a career. Which sucks. But because he is an outstanding player, any team will pick him up.
For myself and my family we will not support nor buy anything associated with Vic. Anyone who could be that cold

The evidence is pretty strong against him and two co-defendants have already accepted plea agreements, as well as implicated him. If he is allowed a plea agreement, he would serve less time then if he decides to go to trial and is found guilty. No matter what happens I would assume that his NFL career is over.
