Will my 4x AGP slot with a NVIDIA TNT Model 64 be compatible with a 8x XFX 6600 GT DDR3 AGP?

PLease help I think my 4x slot is 1.5v and 4x

Yes, your AGP card is capable of 8x, but will just run at 4x in that slot.

Should work with barely any noticeable performance penalty(most(practically all 8x cards support 4x)
Although make sure you have enough RAM (768mb (min))and a decent processor to make good use of it. as the nvidia TNT is about 8 generations older than a 6600 gt.
