I think my way of comprehending the incomprehensible is by suddenly throwing my soul and my senses into the incomprehensible, where the right approach comes of its own in its own inexplicable way. My way of comprehending the incomprehensible may be by enlightening my self of immense spontaneous glow, for instance while or after reading the following, very comprehensible, verses of you:

"I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And I think to myself, what a wonderful day.

I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to myself, what a wonderful world.

The colors of the rainbow, so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shaking hands saying “how do you do?”
They're really saying “I love you”

I hear babies crying, I watch them grow
They'll learn much more than I'll never know
And I think to myself, what a wonderful day
Yes, I think to myself, what a wonderful world".

Well if anyone claims to be able to comprehend the incomprehensible then it would no longer be incomprehensible.

That said, theoretical physicists do it all the time. They speak of what it was like before the Big Bang, or about traveling faster than the speed of light (you arrive there before you left), and black holes. There is also the issue about quantum particles existing in two places at once, and the fact that our consciousness seems to set order to randomness of quantum particules.

So, how do theoretical physicists comprehend these mind numbing self-contradictions? They simply acknowledge them and proceed apparently oblivious to their own incomprehensible natures.

By taking it outside of our mind. Like math, we put it down on paper or puter. Look at the physics theories going around. Physicists can visualize them, but we need it to be written down just to follow along.
Also, by trying to comprehend such things our minds grow and become more capable of doing so. Imagine someone from a couple hundred years ago, could they comprehend your life today?
The incomprehensible of today is the ordinary of tomorrow.

To comprehend the incomprehensible would be logical contradiction, and to be able to do something that is logical impossible is incomprehensible itself.
