My fiance set us up to try this company- that is until I started googling and found more complaints than compliments. What scarred me off the most was the scary actions of sale personnell during the sales pitch others were talking about.... We cancelled our appointment. Check a few of these links....

You start off by going to a high pressure sales meeting. Then you pay 3 to $4000 for membership. You also pay shipping for the goods you order. Good luck getting help if the things you buy are damaged upon receiving them. The "rip-off" website included in the above answer is a good place to get the true info.

You become a member, and pay a fee, then when you want to buy something like a washer and dryer or a sink, or tiles for your floor...they help you buy directly from the manufacturer at a cheper cost
