Im down...and pretty close to out.

Countess........ you are never down - the only time you are down is when you are dead.
Having said that, dont forget that you can reach out from the grave too.
Down is only a mental state and the human being is reslient in the sense that the being can be trained. So you are never down and being 'out' will be only when you are XXXX.
Never fear the unknown and never exit a defeat lying down - always leave with the thought of another day when you will win. Then go back to the drawing board, assess y our defeat, re-plan your strategy and go for the win.
Who said you were down ? Make him / her eat crow !!
