I have two suggestions.

1. You can see a therapist and have some medication prescribed to you. Seriously, You can get anything from stuff that'll help you sleep to stuff that will help you stay more relaxed over all.

2. Come to terms with this fear. Everybody dies; it's just a matter of how and when. If you know how and when you'll die it could be liberating for you. Just relax and accept that it will happen. Then again... It may not happen for a long, long time. Does it really matter either way?

Oh, and I wouldn't recommend reading the bible. You may be fearful but it doesn't sound like you're in denial.

The guy who wrote the book 'The Bible Code' challenged people to predict things in the book 'Moby Dick' using his method. Sceptics went off and did just that, finding things about Hitler and JFK, etc. The author's response was 'I meant, before they happen'. The point is, Moby Dick isn't supposed to be divinely inspired, but it has enough letters to turn up results. Funnily enough, there's more chance of finding them in the bible anyway because the letters are hebrew, and many have more than one English equivalent, there are no vowels in the original Hebrew, and the bible is VERY long.

First off, Saddam is dead. We caught him several years ago and hung him.

For getting attacked, its not that easy. The only people to be scared of I would say is the North Koreans overseas. They have plenty of potential. As for defense, pay more attention to the US Military. We have lots of tactics and counter attacks that can shoot down enemy planes, and intersect with a missile and destroy it. The U.S Population may not be too smart, but we have a good military.

Saddam can't get a missle from Iraq to texas. They don't go that far, and they caught him anyways-he's dead. Plus, there is nothing in texas, it's like a desert-they would want to hit a big area, like they did with NYC, somewhere where there is a lot of people concentrated in one small area. You don't rreally have anything to worry about, and even if thye did launch anything, texas is safe, it's too far in the middle of the US, and the US could shoot down most missles fired at us.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress,
dietary and medical problems. By making
small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly,
insomnia can be cured. I found the information
at http://nosleep.in/howtogetsleep.html

Unless there's a "fatwah" against you, I don't think anyone's going to single you out. Contrary to what you see in the media, the odds of any terrorist affecting you directly is infinitesimal.

If you want to lose sleep over something,
consider your atrocious spelling and grammar:

1) It's "I'm", not "im".

2) Don't use profanities like "cr@p" (if you remove the word, the sentence makes perfect sense without dumbing it - - and, by association, *you* - - down).

3) It's "flies", not "flys".

If you're THAT concerned,
consult a shrink or an English teacher! ;)

What brought this fear on? It is an irrational one. Saddam is dead so you don't need to worry about him. You need to talk to someone to help you get over this fear.

If you're that scared, you should consider going to a therapist. The therapist could help overcome your fear.

NO you are not safe. Texas could be blown to smithereeens any time. You just don't know. Also your chances of being targeted are greater if you are homosexual. Being Homosexual is against the jihad religon. They burn homosexuals on the stake in parts of the Middle East.
