Wet Seal - they have thebest prices and deals and look like the clothes from all the pricey store. I got two pairs of beautiful flats for $20 there yesterday! Good luck!

Target has ah-mazing stuff for great prices, but my personal fave is Papaya. It has things no other stores have!
