Yes. They do cash paychecks. Not just Wal-Mart paychecks, either. The fee is $3 (not 3%) up to $1500.

My brother works there. They do cash your checks right there, no fees, and they do not require you to spend any of it there. Although you do get 20% off during Christmas and 10% off any other time which is cool.

they charge a 3% charge which isnt much. i would think that they would only check employees.
