Here is a long list of r&b, soul, and jazz influenced songs taken from Dave Marsh's "The Heart of Rock & Roll " book (It DOES NOT Include all the songs from the original list). These songs span over four decades (50's - 80's) and most have stood the "test of time:.I have every one of them in my personal collection.
