hell, no. that honor is definately going to washington. if that rumor gets out, miami is toast. definate nuclear possiblity now. washington cannot allow for competition.

Actually, it's Jersey City (NJ) if we are talking about the US. Half the 9/11 terrorists lived there, if I recall correctly.

I think that distinction belongs to the white house. Mr. Bush has created more terrorists than he's gotten rid of. Terrorism is at an all time high. So much for HIS war on terrorism

we obviously have more car bombings per capita than anywhere on earth. plus more plane hijackings.
