are movie torrents safe to download from tamiltorrents.net and torrentspy.com?

I would probably stay away from using torrentspy.com if I were you. They were recently ordered by a judge to log all users traffic in order to moniter people who violate copyright law. http://torrentfreak.com/torrentspy-ordered-to-spy-on-its-users-on-behalf-of-the-mpaa/ TorrentSpy says that they would fight this, and that they would rather shut off access to the U.S. then do this. I probably believe what TorrentSpy says, but I don't have enough faith in them to chance any encounters with the RIAA or MPAA.

I would also second the recomendation of Peer Guardian.

As far as what files to download, stay away from anything that is really recent and popular. They are more likely to go after piracy of torrents of prereleased movies, episodes of new tv show episodes, and the like.

You are more likely to be left alone if you deal with much older files, or anything that a company in the U.S. doesn't have rights to (ie fansubs of unlicensed anime).

Make sure you download Peer Guardian first (it's free) to block your IP before using torrents. They are safe however, nothing is 100% safe. Never heard of Tamiltorrents but Torrentspy is great!

It is safe to use is especially using new p2p share file. All files are safe coz the latest p2p share file has been equipped with virus scan that is linked to your virus program you use. Don't worry, all u need to do is to keep update.
