Do micro singularities even exist or is that just Star Trek stuff?

The only definition of an event horizon is the minimum point at which an object travelling at the speed of light can escape the gravitational pull of the body. The reason black holes have event horizons is due to the singularity at the center of the black hole. So in short, yes, micro-singularities have event horizons.

Micro singularities is a mis- nomer, a singularity is a point with no radius, the singularity of the big bang had no event horizon, it was pure enegy with no mass.

I think that is just Star track as they create a very large gravity well that may be 100 light years across ,and are always in the middle of the Galaxy.
