Not true... my wife is Japanese and her eyes are hazel...

"Oriental Asians" is redundant. Just say "Oriental" or "Asian", "East Asian" if you need to specify that particular part of Asia. If you're in the US "Asian" is preferred, as some people consider "Oriental" outdated and somewhat offensive.
The vast majority of East Asians have brown eyes, but this is not universally true. I have known several with hazel eyes. Blue, green, and gray eyes are genetic traits usually found in white populations, but they do occasionally appear in people of other races.
Light colored eyes are a recessive trait, and can pop up after several generations of dark-eyed people. This does require that the East Asian person have a light-eyed (and probably non-Asian) ancestor somewhere in their family tree, though.
Another possible cause of light eyes is ocular albinism. This means a person is born with a reduced amount of pigmentation in the eyes. Unlike other forms of albinism, this condition is limited to the eyes. An Asian person with ocular albinism could have black or brown hair and light colored eyes.

Brown eyes are more seen for example 80% of Asian people might have brown eyes and 20% have other eye colours.

Hmmm...it fairly is extremely not easy to declare. My adventure has been that Asian and Caucasian genes are probably the two reliable, besides the shown fact that dark hair and dark eyes tend to be dominant. i could say maximum 0.5 white/0.5 asian people I even have met look merely that---0.5 white/0.5 asian. I even have met some hapas that look finished asian, and that i even have met some that look organic white. i could say that the "potential" of Asian genes and Caucasian genes are correct to the comparable.
