The Judgment is negative. This fact makes your question ridiculous and the consciousness does not become before its self; it is its self only when it becomes its self and no sooner, however, the Judgment when properly trained may choose amongst temptations that have no projected destructive consequences, having the concept for responsible self conscious civility. So, in their negation temptations offer opportunity to negate bad actions as a kind of good action, these decisions in their selves is to negate negative social consequences, wrongs and crimes.

The Will is positive, the Judgment is negative.

Temptation is this: For example - you really shouldn't have peanuts (for whatever reason) but you love the tast of them. When you're in the store, you see the peanuts. You are tempted to buy them.

It's only a temptation when it is something that you are a) not supposed to have it, or b) when it's something bad for you in one way or another even though you like it.
