No, the weather does not read your mind so as to see your mood. But, it knows when the thought of taking an umbrella passed through your brain but you finally decided not to take it. It rains when you thought of taking an umbrella but you desisted.

I think it's just the opposite - I think people can sense that bad weather is coming and their mood starts to change because of it.

The weather affects the way i feel.When we had the sunny days i felt great these last couple of miserable days have made me feel tired.

i don't mind the sun or rain. though i'm sad right now & it's been raining for days. they're not related, just co-incidental.
