If they didn't you could never get to the next one. The thing about weekends that make them great is the crap you have to put up with during the week. Take that away and the weekend would get boring.

Unfortunately they do. But if weekends never ended they would lose their value and become like any other day.

Anything which has a beginning has an end as well.That's the law of the nature.Want to prolong it?make your life, a long holiday and work only on week ends.It can be done but requires massive inputs.

erm, if weekends never ended you would not be able to work therefore earning no money and letting ur family down, would u really want that to happen? plus if weekends nvr ended they would also nvr start more than once./

mine never does i just live every day like the one before so to me it's always the weekend (of course i get drunker on Saturday and Sundays...tee heee)
