the main bus station in Sofia is at this address: "Maria Luisa" St. No:100,this is the phone number if you are calling from BG: 090021000. there are buses traveling to almost all of the European countries. The journey to Ohrid takes around 6 hours, I don't know about Skopje.

can't tell about the location, cuz i'm not from Bulgaria, but be sure that there are many and frequent bus relations from skopje to Sofia, can't tell about Ohrid. Anyway, i'm Macedonian and just came back from my holiday in Ohrid and if you need any tips just mail me. i'm sure you'll have a great time there, it's amazing!!
