well seen in other perspective..... good is the opposite of evil, and it cant be topped with best..

but it depends how you look at it, some ppl are find with having things as moderate at good, some prefer going extravagant with best.

but in terms of the english dictionary, there is no such word as goodess nor goodest, and the order does go (from least to most) good, better,. best

when a person tells you thay you're good he is telling this honestly but BEST he's lying so i think good is better!

and good could be better than best talkin about the comparable
ex: i am a good person , and he's the best looser
hehehe sounds weird but it can be!!!lol;)

If you're talking about the law in general, sometimes there isn't sufficient evidence to go for the best resolution so 'good' will have to do.

It's all relative. What would be the "best" in one shop, may only be "good" when grouped with the rest of the shops.
