The media in India is mostly unfair to the celebrities. In order to mint money they poke their nose in the personal lives of celebrities & make life xtremely difficult for them. They tend to put words in their mouths & are responsible for creating misunderstandings to get high TRP ratings. But once in a while they turn out to be helpful. The media was responsible for the reopening of the Jessica Lall murder case. So it is fair at times.

I just love your innocence and naivete

I'm from halfway around the world from India, so I can't speak from experience of your local media. I can tell you that the words "media" and "fair" have almost nothing to do with one another in any country where the media is said to be "free".

They will proclaim their neutrality to the end while producing the most biased and embarrassing garbage they can manage.

media is always the same everywhere
they always add something to the original to make it really "spicy". And about the gov. I only have interest who is the president and he knows what he is doing? if not i wouldn't suggest anything for him to anyone and write a letter to the person who can tell the difference.

Not entirely. India's media often tends to dramatize what is seen and make simple news stories seem like plots for Bollywood movies. The media really tries to play up on people's emotions.

But the truth is, what is seen is not always the truth; what it truth is not always seen.

See,media you cannot actually say is fair because it's firstly just a way to inform so but mostly in most of the cases media also discourages one. like when u see news u'll find that generally they are of murders, and other crimes and even mostly it gives us wrong info or infact inappropriate info.

Media, especially, electronic media, is worst. Only, they go for sensationalism. Not only Government, nothing projected, fairly.
