Laptop keyboards are renowned for doing this kind of thing. Take it to a registered service centre and get it fixed under warranty.

Laptop keyboards can usually be replaced (without the cost of replacing the whole computer). So no worries. Call a local repair shop and find out if they can repair your type of laptop.

Those keyboards are pretty fragile. It's probably just a connector under the key that isn't hitting correctly. If it's under warranty, have them fix it.
