1) Signing a false name is forgery, or in some circumstances perjury.

2) You can be bound to the contract. Even if signing a false name, you are considered to have made your mark.

3) A contract can be enforced even if oral, illegal or unlawful.

Well you see you committed forgery which in itself is illegal. And, because you committed a felony by this act you are also liable for the whole contract. In other words you cannot be released from the contract because of a violation of the law.

Don't be upset by the truth. The only way you might get out of the forgery charge is to admit your mistake and uphold the contract. And a little prayer might not hurt

my question is ..why would you be signing it that way anyway?.Its called fraud.... it is illegal to sign a legal document that you have agreed to sign if you are entering a contract with someone and they think it's you. and you have malice intent .
They can call the police and have you taken to jail file charges on you and depending on the amount , it could be considered a felony

A person whose signature or name appears on a document can be held liable under the law because it is presumptively concluded under the circumstances.
