I bought goods online in June and didn't receive them, contacted store for refund - no joy, they wouldn't reply. So I contacted PAYPAL - they wouldn't do anything as 45 days had elapsed. I went to my bank and under the 'direct debit guarantee' I received a refund from the bank.
Next, I get nasty emails from paypal demanding I repay the amount into my (now restricted) account, even though I had no goods.
They have altered my transaction history to show that the June payment had failed when it had originally stated it cleared.
I have never had trouble paying anything and always paid on time, now I'm being 'victimised' by these clowns.

What shall I do next, legally.. I'm getting SO fed-up???

Please, be very careful with Paypal, they hijack customer's money for 180 days
so they can day-trade it and put the profit in their own pockets.
So they usually use "Money on hold" or "suspicious activities" as an excuse to use their customer's money.

Please check this out, and please notice that they advertise another product. Since I don't know this product and I don't know anyone who does you should distrust it too.

If you have a complaint, it doesn't hurt that you write it here:

This is a blog, former Paypal employee speaks:

Good luck and please let other's know about these obscure practices.

Hopefuly somebody in the congress will help the people who are being affected by this monopoly.

Contact your local Better Business Bureau (BBB), and you also may want to supplement your claim with bank statements/records that reflect that the monies were indeed withdrawn from your account for the payment of the goods that you never received. Your bank should also have records that show that the monies were refunded to you by the bank as a result of a dispute of the charges.

Did you no longer take a seem on the will on the time it become made?? because of the fact that he has left each little thing to the cricket club there is no longer that lots you're able to do different than have info which you paid for the homestead besides and which you have been his de facto companion and that couts for some thing then possibly you will get your self a stable lawyer who can state that to the decide and you may in step with probability declare some money out of it. for this reason i think of it is so substantial that everybody is responsive to those issues, placed each little thing in writing and get the two events to sign, even lending money out. I do accept as true with you that's no longer no longer honest because of the fact which you probably did make contributions and consequently are entitled on your share. in case you may not handle to pay for a lawyer you will get legalaid. i think of you do have a case right here in spite of if it easily relies upon on the decide and your lawyer how he/she represents you. stable success and that i wish you get someting lower back.

If you are in the US, file a complaint with your state's Consumer Protection Bureau. If your state does not have one, contact the state's Attorney General. Call it attempted theft since the dealer and PayPal tried to take your money without giving anything in return.
I closed my PayPal account years ago because of their horrible business practices.

PayPal wont do anything... unless pushed, your really going to have to lean on this one as you signed a TOS (terms of service) which excludes them from most liabilities...

However I would call them up and demand it be corrected, tell them your speaking to a journalist, your going to take them to A Current Affair, 60 minutes, The Dept of Fair Trading... etc...

I would be livid!
