writing country music lyrics or being employed by Yahoo in their Customer Care department?
( I can't say "working" for Yahoo Customer Care..that would be a highly inappropriate verb)
Also, should I post this question in the Country Music category and see what happens? lol.

Well, since there actually ARE people who write country music lyrics (and anyone who ever tried contacting Yahoo Customer Service KNOWS there's no one there), country music lyric writer wins by default.

I have to agree with Mitch. In fact, since I'm recently retired, I qualify for writing country music lyrics. I have little money, dogs, a pick-up truck, I've been used & abused. I think I see a new career here. Thank you.
