I notice there is 1.) Modem_Foxccon_Conexant_(2.1.77.9_logo).zip and there is 2.) Modem_Liteon_(2.1.77.9_logo).zip.

Does one need both?

modem conexant is for dial up .. in case if you want to setup dial-up connection.
Modem Liteon for DSL connection... in case you want to setup a Broadband connection.

You need both ... for couple of reasons. It will keep asking you for drivers whenever you start your computer.
Other reason, you will have to find drivers in case you wish to use internet.

Sata Drivers usually come on a floppy and you generally set up on the blue installation demonstrate with win XP. while you're in a position too like mine does, mine will do a typical set up. Then I could go in manually and set up the driving force out of the chipset information. you're in a position to place in XP with out it like mine does yet will in ordinary terms be conscious of it as an IDE controller.

Sounds like they switched modems durring production.
So they provide both drivers.
Just use the drivers for the one in your particular PC.
