Guys, pls help me , my computer has been infected by an unknown virus but it has a description : nhatquanglan , AVG anti-virus cant detect that virus also it cant erase it , it disabled my taskmanagers and regedit ,,, pls help me ...

nhatquanglan is used by svchost.exe as one of many file names and is connected to malware group trojan.agent.gen producing all the symptoms you describe
go to prevx.com/filenames.x and click on scvhost.exe which is third one down on top r/h corner .download free trial and hopefully erase.
