look in the motherboard manual, if you have not got one then go to asus support website and download it from there,
normally the pinout for the internal speaker is next to the power switch, led, hdd drive led, reset sw pinouts
and marked SP. so look at the small cables inside the case that connect to the mother board

Do you still have your Motherboard Manual??
Well for those connectivity, it is on the bottom right of your motherboard (According to an atx case). its there your power switch, reset, and case speaker are connected.
You need your manual to know which wire goes where.
Go to Asus.com
Look for your motherboard, you ii find your manual there

there should be only 2 choices pc speaker, audio out. if this board has onboard audio, the only other option would be the headphone jack, which i'm not sure you'd want to use for the alarm beep
