The knot at the end of my rope is one that I tied myself. This where enough is enough. Based on my experiences, my determination for the present, and my hopes and dreams for the future, this is the point when I put my foot down to the world and say, no more. This is where I take my stand.

All of them are some form of fear.
I've learned in my life to view things without it. In most cases, truth is found through active listening and an open heart.
That makes the climb and the journey upward, much more peaceful. You can focus on the task at hand, putting one hand over another, without battling yourself.
