If some one is take birth in cast which he prefers later on not the best why he not make any efforts to rise his cast or do some thing creative to become founder member himself.
why he keep going away of his original ?

The cast system was created to keep poor people in there place. There is a social stigma that will not let him rise above his station in life. Some cast systems are more forgivinig than others. America has a cast system that involves financial and educational background, but a hard worker can better himself. India has a cast system based on birth and is very unforgiving reguardless of how hard one tries to better him or herself. As time passes these systems are breaking down but higher members of the casts still will always look down on the others. Just as the queen of england will never stop at a pub to chat with the bar maid.

maybe he has developed his mind beyond the rigid carapace of caste and does not fancy drinking cow piss and smearing faeces on himself to pander to an out moded ignorant society he has long outgrown?

This is just my own opinion, but maybe he doesn't really like having attention brought onto himself. That is, if I'm understanding your question correctly.

If I understand what you are saying correctly.... I would say that that person though they are successful monetarily that they have not changed who they are inside.
