In my job it seems always to be a fight lately. And I hate to fight.
But it won't stay this way forever, so I keep my hopes up that the change will come soon! And that I can handle the change!

Oh yes. For some reason, lately, it's more that way than ever before. I don't understand it, nor do I like it. Things seem to have been less chaotic, less stressed, less untangled.
