Bush thinks he will leave this mess for the next president so the defeat won't be on his record....It won't last that long..The Iraqi "Leaders" are the ones fighting the civil war and they ain't waiting any longer.

PS. The longer we are in Iraq, the more time Al-Quida has to build their forces, there are more of them now than ever, Bushis a complete failure in every sence of the word.

The war in Iraq ended days after it began. The rebuilding effort and the struggle to implement a democratic government and stabilize people's lives is what is taking so long. There are a lot of governments who don't want freedom in the middle east. Unfortunately, the liberal take over of the Democratic party and the spineless chameleon like tactics of its leaders is aiding our enemy more than the likes of you will ever realize. It's unfortunate because our soldiers are risking their lives to help people rebuild theirs and at the same time fighting the same group of people who want us destroyed. If you would prefer to have our troops fight over here and try to defend us against more planes flying into our own buildings, then vote the Democratic agenda, trust HILIARY, the modern day Jane Fonda, and your wish will unfortunately come true. And, Chief, don't you have a spell check? Your spelling and grammar are atrocious, your mindset not much better.

Well, well, well, look what we have here. Another armchair General. Seems to know everything about tactics, every strategy, every movement, and all the logistics for the Iraq conflict.
Let me guess, you are included in the high level classified meetings with the military.
Since you know so much about how the war is going and how to fight it, why not put a uniform on and come show the rest of "us" how to do it right.
Geeeeesh, typical Lib whiner and loser

i think of not. i'm an self reliant who has not often voted GOP (Reagan in 1984 and McCain in 2008), yet i think of they don't look to be getting a honest shake interior the Democratic weighted down press. I hear to CSPAN lots and the Republicans in Congress are offering replace recommendations to the country's issues, yet they are shot down by skill of the Democrat majority and not coated interior the click simply by fact their options in no way make it into expenses. George Bush is in simple terms partly responsible for the recession. Democrats like Frank and Dodd are as lots responsible as Bush and Obama's spending won't help the country get out of it without runaway inflation. the click in basic terms blames Bush simply by fact they are Democrats who preserve Obama, Dodd, Frank, and others simply by fact the want to kill the Republican occasion. John McCain have been given approximately 40 8% of the favored vote in 2008 and that's not often a occasion that has fallen aside. i don't see the Democrats doing lots to make the country better; all they do is issues to get themselves re-elected.

I think it was the fact the Bush administration has gotten everything wrong to date.

regerugged- Talk about someone who is delusional. If you were right and all Rove did was help Bush win the elections.... Why didn't he leave as soon as Bush won the 2004 election?

Don´t underestimate him.

As much as I do not like him, he is very intelligent. If I were a democrat in the US, I would be scared that such an excellent strategist has time again to rest, analyse the situation and make plans !!!

Regarding the quality of all candidates in the election it might be likely that he tries to make a new one rise as a surprise to counter the predicted defeat of republicans.

And you wonder why the answerers bash the questioner. With statements like this, your questions deserve to be bashed.
Mr. Rove is not in the military. He is a political adviser. He helps people win elections. Mr. Bush does not need him as Mr. Bush cannot run for president again.
All of your comments about the war are wrong. You should pay attention to the recent news reports. Left wing liberal loonies are admitting that the military is succeeding. You misspelled "sense."
