Hilarious that they should be victims of misuse of a law that has already caused the indian society to break up.

If you are an indian and now settled in the west shouldnt one marry a woman from that society?

If you have chosen to live in a different society and become a national of a different nation should one embrace it???

Edit:Shandiliya i live in india but you dont and as for idolizing indian women check what is happening there right now.

Western women are more open to equality and mature in using their rights and laws given to protect them.

If you cant take india out of indian why do you leave india ehhh?

Why not join the services and lend a hand to the hard pressed armed forces in india ??

what hypocrisy!

Well when we immigrate to a new country .................we feel lonely and look for people from our home country eg I ndia Sri Lanka , Tibet Etc
The locals also tend to avoid us socially....................so we look to find our own country girls as girl friends and wives.
Nothing particularly racial . Just staying in our comfort zone .We get on better ...........complement each other.Peace reigns in our homes!! ,THIS could be also achieved with the local girls too Often it might just be karmic forces operating.

Sorry but evidently you know next to nothing about India or Indian society. There is a saying that 'you can take an Indian out but can't take India out of him'.I think it applies to everybody in some measure,be they Americans,Germans etc.Indian family as a unit is considered to be strongest in the world.About other issues,Indians residing in other countries as citizens or NRIs[nonresident Indians ]have made maximum contribution in all areas like education, employment generation, welfare and what not, surpassing even the prominent natives. All this can be checked and verified.Just one last thing. The day girls in adopted countries become as good as Indian girls to play the role of a wife, a mother and an integrated member of a joint family,Indians shall be the first to notice and marry them.[ this is not to undermine local girls, who are extremely good in their own cultural setup]No body beats an Indian to spot a value proposition and go for it and the proof is that an average Indian abroad is better placed[economical, social, status, citizenship etc] in any social group than so called natives.Sorry if I have offended you in any manner as it wasn't ever intended.Good wishes.

(Excusive for Indians)

At last, god appeared to humans and said:

"I have come to assess the situation of my creation.
I want men to form two queues - one queue for
men who dominated their women, and the other
for men who were dominated by their women.
Further, I want all the women to go away so that no
man and woman can talk while the queues are formed"

When God came back after a while, the women are gone
and there are two queues. The queue for the men who
were dominated by their women is 100 miles long.
In the other queue, there is only one man.

God got angry and said, "You men should be ashamed
of yourselves. I created you in my image, and you
are not using what you can. Look at the only
one of my sons who stood up in the other queue
and made me proud. Learn from him!"

The men did not give reply.

"Tell them, my son, how did you manage to be the
only one in this queue?"

The man replied, "I do not know sir! My wife told me
to stand here."

I guess it really depends on what culture one is comfortable with. It's really not easy to transit to a completely different culture after you've spend your entire life in one.
