He is a romantic and a nice person, and by the sounds of it too deep for most girls his age. There are many young romantics that want to express their feelings through words since they can't yet in actions. You will think he is a bit too crazy at times but give him time, he will eventually come around and what is nice about it, when you get older you will still remember things he said to you and give you a smile every time.

if he means it in a good way, he probably means you have beautifull eyes. but if he means it in a bad way, he might mean that your becoming distant from him!
